What It's Like to Be an Implementation Success Manager (ISM) at OiTchau 💻

The main mission of the Implementation Success Manager (ISM) is to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our clients. This includes ensuring that all implementation stages, from the kickoff meeting, integrations, configurations, training, project management, to go-live, are executed with excellence, and that our clients see quick and continuous value from Oitchau's solution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert in our products and solutions, with a technical understanding of the platform.

  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition to using the platform.

  • Develop and implement integration playbooks that promote quick and effective adoption of the solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to configure and customize the platform according to each client's specific needs.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops with clients to ensure full understanding and utilization of the platform's functionalities.

  • Monitor the progress of implementation, identify and resolve potential issues, and adjust plans as necessary.

  • Provide ongoing support during the integration phase, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, adjusting the onboarding approach to meet those demands.

  • Analyze adoption and engagement metrics to ensure clients are maximizing the value of the solution.

Requisitos da vaga

  • Previous experience in managing onboarding projects or implementing large-scale B2B, HR, and ERP solutions (Enterprise).

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and accessibly to clients.

  • Capacity to proactively and effectively identify and resolve problems.

  • Experience in developing and executing integration playbooks and training sessions.

  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (Asana, Hubspot, Sensedata, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.

  • Fluency in English is essential for interacting with international clients and global teams.
