About the Role💻
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within HR technology solutions. This role will be responsible for leading our expansion in the Mexican market, operating with a high level of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
This is a critical position for our international growth, requiring someone who can build pipeline from scratch, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, close high-value deals, and establish a strong local presence.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
Own the full enterprise sales cycle (end-to-end), from prospecting to closing
Build and execute strategies to generate and develop a strong enterprise pipeline in the Mexican market
Lead complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders (C-level, HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
Position our HR technology solutions by deeply understanding customer needs and business challenges
Maintain high accuracy in pipeline management and forecasting
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to maximize results
Develop and manage strong relationships with strategic partners to drive joint opportunities and pipeline generation, such as SAP and ADP
Represent the company in Mexico, strengthening our brand and local positioning
Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key partners

Requisitos da vaga
5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise accounts
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments
Strong experience with complex sales (long cycles, multiple decision-makers, high-value deals)
Experience selling HR tech solutions is a strong plus
Experience working closely with partner ecosystems (e.g., SAP, ADP) is highly desirable
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and their application in business contexts
Experience in building or expanding markets with a high degree of autonomy
Native or Mexico-based candidates are strongly preferred
Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
Hands-on, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
