What It’s Like to Be a Product Managet  at OiTchau 💻

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment to join our dynamic and talented product team. This role will involve collaborating with enterprise customers to understand their needs and challenges, crafting solutions that align with our product vision, while also driving the development of innovative products that serve a 

broader customer base.

Key Responsibilities 🚀

• Be a key member of our global product department, contributing to the strategic direction of our products. 

• Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring high-quality delivery. 

• Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify, analyze, and define problems and business opportunities. 

• Define clear and effective product requirements based on user and business needs (PRDs, user stories, use cases). 

• Work with multiple functions, including R&D, Customer success, UX, Design, etc., in an agile environment to develop high-quality features and product improvements. 

• Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.

Mandatory Requirements 🎯

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS company as a PM.  

• Experience engaging with enterprise customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product solutions. 

• Strong background in HR Tech and a comprehensive understanding of Brazilian Labor Law (CLT). 

• Proven track record or strong proficiency in utilizing LLMs and generative AI tools for day-to-day productivity and product asset generation. 

• Experience in building new products from scratch. 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate results. 

• Strong understanding of UI/UX.

• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 

• Great verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent English speaking and writing.
