We are Oitchau, a fast-growing company focused on transforming how businesses manage time and attendance.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with strong B2B experience to lead our marketing strategy and help drive scalable growth.

You’ll be responsible for brand positioning, qualified lead generation, and the development of strategic initiatives that align Marketing, Sales, and Product, supporting sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the B2B marketing strategy with a focus on enterprise customer acquisition, activation, and conversion;

  • Build and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with the sales and product roadmap;

  • Generate qualified pipeline through inbound campaigns, while supporting outbound and partner strategies;

  • Position the company as a market leader through content marketing, events, and brand storytelling;

  • Support the sales team with enablement materials, presentations, and tools that drive conversion;

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to structure retention, upsell, and feature launch initiatives.

Requisitos da vaga

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech companies;

  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales funnel and complex buying journey;

  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot (or similar CRMs/automation platforms);

  • Experience leading inbound marketing, ABM campaigns, product launches, and events;

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
