As a Regional Sales Director for Oitchau, this person will have a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth trajectory within the ever-evolving landscape of HR technology. This position requires a visionary leader capable of inspiring and guiding their team to forge enduring client relationships and secure pivotal sales wins. The teams you will lead here at Oitchau will directly impact the growth of our overall organization. You will provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a top-tier sales team, fostering professional growth and empowering them to excel in sales targets.

  • Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.

  • Ensure accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasting, facilitating strategic decision-making at the executive level.

  • Monitor sales performance rigorously, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Drive demand-generation initiatives, leveraging market insights to enhance customer awareness and engagement.

  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns, aligning with market trends and client needs.

  • Cultivate relationships with C-level executives, positioning Oitchau as a trusted partner in HR technology solutions.

Requisitos da vaga

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) - a must; fluency in Spanish - an advantage.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results through sales coaching and mentoring.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a relentless drive to achieve ambitious targets.

  • Exceptional engagement and communication skills, adept at consultative selling.

  • Prior experience within the SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS space. Bonus points if was is within RH Community
